The pool is heated, with a covered outdoor space and grilling area that allows for relaxing days in the Sonoran Desert. The house has all the amenities needed to enjoy your own meals, yet its location allows for the visitation to local Tucson restaurants and grocery stores.
The set-up in the house itself allows for the separation of 2 bedrooms, creating a guest suite area for privacy with the sharing of a bathroom.

Heated Pool
The pool at this property is heated via heat pump, which draws in heat from the outside air that has been warmed by the sun, therefore during the cooler months (mid-November through March) the pool will not be warm like it is during the warmer months of the year.
While there should be no problem heating the pool when the outside air is warm, unforeseen weather or equipment malfunction may render this option unavailable during some or all of your stay. No refunds will be provided for equipment malfunction or due to weather related issues such as, but NOT limited to temperatures below 50 degrees.
